One is packaging and trademarks. The state mandates LED lamp manufacturers to mark the following contents on the product packaging: rated voltage, voltage range, rated power, and rated frequency. Generally speaking, the quality of the trademark printing of high-quality products is good, the mark is clear and identifiable, it is not easy to wipe off with a soft damp cloth, and there are trademarks of the manufacturer and related certification marks.

The second is the appearance of the lamp. There should be no signs of cracks, looseness and smashing between the interfaces. During the installation and disassembly process, the lamp cap should not be loose or smashed. The plastic shell of the lamp must be selected from the flame retardant type of engineering plastic, which is characterized by a texture similar to frosted glass on the surface. The ordinary plastic surface is smooth and shiny, but it is easily deformed and flammable. It is forbidden to be used in the production of energy-saving lamps.

The third is the working state. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the LED lamp should be relatively low. If the heat dissipation condition is not good, the lamp bead works at high temperature, the light decay will be large, and the lamp life will be greatly reduced. At the same time, if the luminaire is lit and turned off, if there is a rapid flashing, it also indicates that there is a quality problem.

The fourth is the working voice. Electromagnetic compatibility is a project that must be passed by electrical appliances. The national electromagnetic compatibility test mark must be printed on the packaging of LED lighting products. We can also use a small experiment to make a simple judgment, with a medium-short-wave radio. When the lamp is working, put the radio nearby. The lower the noise received by the radio, the better the electromagnetic compatibility of the lamp under test. In the silent environment, when listening to the sound of the LED lamp working, if the sound of the lamp work is very obvious, the power of the lamp is not very good.

One is power and integrated light efficiency. The integrated light effect of an LED lamp refers to the luminous efficiency of a product LED lamp in units of lumens per watt. The higher the value, the better the energy saving effect of the lamp, and the more power saving, the LED lamp with lumens/watt height should be selected. According to the use environment to choose the appropriate power size of LED lamps, LED lamps currently on the market, 16 watts of power LED lamps can achieve the equivalent of 200 watts of incandescent light flux, enough to meet the lighting requirements of 10 square meters of space .

The second is the color rendering index and color temperature. The color rendering index is an index for evaluating the color rendering ability of the light source. The perfect coloring index of the reference light source is 100. The higher the color rendering index, the closer the color response of the light source to the real color is. It is generally considered that: 80 to 100, excellent color rendering; 50 to 79, general color rendering; less than 50 is considered to be poor color rendering. The unit of color temperature is Kelvin (K), the color temperature of red light source is between 800K and 900K, the color temperature of yellow-white light source is about 3,000K, the color temperature of white light source is about 5500K, and the color temperature of light blue light source is between 8,000K and 12,000K. The color temperature of the light source is selected according to personal preference. For example, if someone likes a warm color light, then he can choose a color temperature of about 3,000K.
